Say No to Fried and Greasy Foods:

Eliminate fried and greasy foods from your diet. While some dermatologists may disagree, my experience has shown that cutting out these foods led to a significant improvement in my skin. Fried foods can clog your pores and trigger pimples. Additionally, many fast food establishments reuse old grease, which is a skin enemy.


Load Up on Veggies and Fruits:

Make vegetables (especially raw organic baby spinach) and fruits a daily part of your diet. These natural foods are rich in antioxidants and vitamins that support skin healing and clarity.

Banish Stress:

Stress can lead to breakouts for some individuals. Learning to manage stress effectively is essential. Let go of unnecessary stressors and prioritize your well-being.
